How To Style A Tulle Skirt

Tulle skirts are not just for ballerinas and 80’s raves. Read below for how I like to style my tulle skirt on different occasions!

For an edgy look, I love pairing my tulle skirt with an oversized jacket and flat ankle boots. If it’s a little to hot to wear a sweater with the jacket, a basic white tee or band tee  would be a fun option as well. Sneakers would add a fun twist to the look too, or you could just go with basic leather flats.

For a happy hour or date night, you can just add a pair of pumps and trade the denim jacket for cropped leather or fur! I especially love pairing my tulle skirt with an oversized sweater because I don’t have to worry about my stomach poking out after meals hehe {side story + TMI, when I worked for a bridal designer a few years back and wore her designs at NYBW, I couldn’t fit back into the dresses after lunch because my stomach bloats so bad.. my dress size literally goes up 2 sizes! I should probably go get that checked out.. but #lazy} I also love how effortlessly chic it looks!

If you are a last minute shopper and don’t know what you are going to wear for Valentine’s or Galentine’s ;) Day, the tulle skirt would look great with a dainty bodysuit or camisole! I’ve shared a few options below incase you need some inspiration :)
